回教 is an older Chinese term for Islam, historically used in mainland China and still common in Taiwan. The modern mainland standard term is
伊斯兰教 (Yīsīlán jiào). The Hui ethnic minority (
回族, Huí zú) are predominantly Muslim, which is where
回教 derives its name.
