usage
哥儿 is the erhua form of 哥 used for brothers as a group, counted with 俩 or 几个: 哥儿俩 'the two brothers', 哥儿几个 'you brothers' or, among friends, 'us guys'. 哥儿们 means 'buddies'. The 'rich man's son' sense now lives on mainly in 公子哥儿 'spoiled rich kid'.
