From Mao Zedong's (毛泽东, 1956) 《水调歌头·游泳》: 才饮长沙水,又食武昌鱼。万里长江横渡,极目楚天舒 — 'Just drank the waters of Changsha, now eating Wuchang fish; a thousand-li crossing of the Yangtze, my gaze wide over Chu's sky.' Written after Mao swam across the Yangtze at Wuhan, the couplet turned 武昌鱼 (bream from Wuchang's Liangzi Lake) into a national dish.
