Tips
usage
Pattern 一无所X means 'not the slightest X' — compare 一无所有 (yīwúsuǒyǒu, having nothing) and 一无所知 (yīwúsuǒzhī, knowing nothing). 一无所动 plugs 动 (move) in to mean 'not moved in the slightest.'
mistakes
Don't confuse with 无动于衷 (wúdòng yú zhōng), which is the more common idiom for 'unmoved/indifferent.' 一无所动 is rarer and slightly more emphatic.
