Yǒuxiē shìqíng bùnéng jí, pìrú xué yī mén wàiyǔ.

Some things can't be rushed, for example learning a foreign language.

很多水果都很有营养，譬如苹果和香蕉。

Hěnduō shuǐguǒ dōu hěn yǒu yíngyǎng, pìrú píngguǒ hé xiāngjiāo.

Many fruits are very nutritious, such as apples and bananas.

譬如 is more literary and formal than 比如. In spoken Chinese, 比如 is far more common. They are interchangeable in meaning.
