褶子 is the everyday word for 'wrinkle' on fabric, paper, or skin. For specifically facial wrinkles in a more formal/cosmetic context, 皱纹 (zhòuwén) is preferred. Note 褶 in clothing terms (百褶裙 'pleated skirt') refers to intentional decorative pleats.
