史泰龙 plays 兰博, a Vietnam veteran hounded by a small-town sheriff who fights back alone in the forest. In Chinese the whole Rambo series goes by this title, with the later films numbered as its sequels.
usage
滴 is the measure word for drops, as in 一滴水 "a drop of water", so the title is "the first drop of blood": Rambo insists it was the sheriff who drew first blood.
