百日 (the 100th day) is another traditional infant milestone alongside
满月 (one month) and
周岁 (one year). The celebration traditionally involved family photo portraits and the gifting of silver or gold lockets with the inscription
长命百岁 ('may you live a hundred years'). Still a big event in Korea (baegil) and among overseas Chinese.
