特拉华

特拉华 is the standard transliteration of 'Delaware' - the second-smallest US state, the first to ratify the US Constitution (the 'First State'), and a famously corporate-friendly jurisdiction where over half of US public companies are incorporated. The name also refers to the Delaware River and to the Lenape, historically called the Delaware Indians. Pure phonetic mapping: 特 'De-', 拉 'la-', 华 '-ware'.
