灯管 is the long tube-style lamp (originally 日光灯 'daylight lamp', the Chinese name for fluorescent tubes). Distinguish from 灯泡 (light bulb, the screw-in kind) and 灯条 (LED strip). The classifier is 根 because it's long and thin.
