椰奶 can refer to both the drink (coconut-milk beverage, often sweetened — the famous Hainan brand is 椰树牌椰汁) and the cooking ingredient (thick coconut cream from pressed flesh). The latter is also called 椰浆 (yējiāng) to disambiguate on recipes.
