One of the 植物奶 (plant milk) family, alongside 燕麦奶 (oat milk), 豆奶 (soy milk), and 椰奶 (coconut milk). All follow the pattern [source] + 奶. In cafés, specifying 杏仁奶 usually costs a few yuan extra, same as in the West.
