Polite service phrase, same idea as 慢慢吃 but more formal. Said by waiters, hosts, or shopkeepers when serving food or drink. The literal sense is "use (it) slowly".
usage
Very common in Taiwan restaurants and cafés; also used in mainland service settings. Diners normally reply with 谢谢 or just nod.
