Tips

usage
勾搭 (gōuda) means 'to flirt with' or 'to hook up with' and has a sleazy connotation. 勾引 (gōuyǐn, 'to seduce/lure') is even more negative. But 勾起回忆 (gōuqǐ huíyì, 'to evoke memories') is perfectly neutral and poetic.
