On 小红书 and other Chinese social media, 修图 is near-universal. Heavy retouching is signaled by 磨皮 (smooth skin), 瘦脸 (slim face), 美颜 (beautify). The opposite, posting an unedited photo, is 原图直出 ("straight out of camera").
