信息流 (info-feed) = the scrollable timeline. 信息流广告 = ads inserted between organic posts so they blend in. Compare 开屏广告 (splash-screen ad), 弹窗广告 (popup ad), and 软广 (soft ad / native marketing) vs 硬广 (hard ad — clearly an ad).
