usage

In China, baijiu (白酒) is graded by 度 ('degrees' = % ABV). 低度酒 is anything roughly under 40°; 高度酒 refers to traditional 50°+ baijiu. The term has expanded from alcohol to weakly-concentrated solutions in general.
