usage

In China, baijiu (白酒) is graded by 度 (dù, 'degrees' = % ABV). 低度酒 is anything roughly under 40°; 高度酒 (gāodù jiǔ) refers to traditional 50°+ baijiu. The term has expanded from alcohol to weakly-concentrated solutions in general.
