usage
乐意 emphasizes genuine willingness from the heart, unlike 愿意 (yuànyì) which is more neutral. 我乐意 (wǒ lèyì) said bluntly can also be defiant - 'I feel like it, deal with it' - especially in northern Chinese speech.
