额 (é) means 'forehead' and 叶 (yè) means 'leaf' or 'lobe' (as in lung lobes 肺叶). Literally 'forehead-lobe' — exactly where the frontal lobe sits, just behind your forehead. The other three are 顶叶 (parietal), 颞叶 (temporal), 枕叶 (occipital).
