金华市 (JīnhuáShì): Jinhua (prefecture-level city in central Zhejiang)

Two things made 金华 famous: 金华火腿 — dry-cured ham compared to Spanish jamón and aged since at least the Tang dynasty — and its county-level city 义乌, the world's largest small-commodities wholesale market. 金华 also produced the philosopher 吕祖谦 of the 金华学派 (Jinhua School) of Neo-Confucianism.
