酒吧间 is a slightly older / more formal term than the modern 酒吧 (jiǔbā), specifically denoting the bar room within a Western-style hotel or restaurant. In contemporary Chinese, 酒吧 alone is now standard for a stand-alone bar.

吧 is a phonetic loan from English "bar" — adopted into Chinese in the early 20th century, originally written as 吧间 to clarify it referred to a room. The Xinhua dictionary entry literally explains: "the place selling alcohol in a Western restaurant or hotel; 吧 from English bar".
