北狮 (northern lion) is furry and realistic;
南狮 (southern lion) is stylized, more acrobatic, and associated with Cantonese martial-arts schools. The
采青 (grabbing the greens) sequence — biting down a bundle of lettuce — is the climax of most southern-style routines.
