Two different referents sharing the same name. Context tells them apart: any business / real-estate / football-club context means Greentown (the Hangzhou-based developer and its CSL football club 杭州绿城); city-and-trees talk means Zhengzhou. Zhengzhou got the nickname in the 1980s-90s thanks to aggressive tree-planting along its avenues.
