毛坯房 (bare shell — concrete walls, no floor, no plumbing fixtures),
简装修 (basic fit-out), and
精装修 (high-end turnkey — cabinets, flooring, appliances, sometimes furnished). Developers marketing
精装修 often get a price premium.
