涨流量

流量 here means 'traffic / attention / clicks', not mobile-data usage (the older meaning). Marketing slang since ~2018. Compare 涨粉 (zhǎngfěn, gain followers — durable) vs 涨流量 (gain a wave of attention — often spiky and short-lived). Sometimes also written 引流量 (yǐn liúliàng, 'channel in traffic').
