grammar
In comparisons, 来得 + adjective means 'is more (adjective)': ...来得快 (is faster than...). This is an alternative to ...更快. The opposite is 来不得 (cannot be done; is unacceptable).
usage
来得及 means 'there's still time' and 来不及 means 'too late.' These are extremely common in daily speech: 还来得及!(There's still time!)
