usage
The legal machinery of seizing assets, freezing bank accounts, garnishing wages, or (for severe non-compliance) adding the debtor to the 失信被执行人名单 ("dishonest person list" or "Lao Lai list") that blocks plane/high-speed rail tickets. The compulsory step after a 生效判决 (effective judgment) is ignored.
