Rare in modern Chinese. Older records keep two archaic senses: (1) a royal audience or court gathering (朝会), (2) allied friends (亲善友好者). Its appearance in a modern news-corpus animal list almost certainly reflects a brand or farm name (e.g. 嘉好养殖), not the classical word. Treat with caution.
