Founded in 1985, OCT (华侨城) is the state-owned conglomerate behind some of China's most iconic theme parks: 世界之窗 (Window of the World), 锦绣中华 (Splendid China), and the nationwide 欢乐谷 (Happy Valley) chain. Its namesake Shenzhen district is a cultural and creative hub.
