Usually inside 津津乐道 'to talk about with relish' or 为人所乐道 'something people love to talk about'. In 安贫乐道 'content in poverty, delighting in the Way', 道 is the Confucian Way, not speech; the phrase is used of 颜回, Confucius's favourite disciple.
