Loan from Japanese 中二病 (chuunibyou) — literally 'second-year-of-junior-high syndrome' — describing a teenager who fancies themselves as a misunderstood protagonist with secret powers. On Chinese internet it is used both mockingly (中二少年) and affectionately (中二魂, 'chuuni spirit').
