Formal, in set phrases: 不计成本 (regardless of cost), 不计前嫌 (to let bygones be bygones), 不计报酬 (without asking for pay), 忽略不计 (negligible). 不计其数 'countless' is an idiom of its own. Note the tone: bú, before the fourth tone of 计.
