From Lu You's 《严州乌龙广济庙碑》 (Southern Song): 「盖其灵响暴著,亦有不容置疑者矣」 — 'the spirit's responses are so overt that they leave no room for doubt.' 置 here means 'to set down, to offer'; 置疑 = 'to raise doubt.'
