Like 二楼, 三楼 pulls double duty - it's literally 'third floor', and on BBS forums the second reply (since the thread itself is 一楼 / 楼主). Posters would address each other by floor number, e.g. '三楼这位朋友说得好' - 'what floor 3 said is well put'.
