Colloquial, with an 儿化音 (erhua) suffix — strongly Beijing/northern speech. The non-erhua form 一股脑 is also fine. Often reduces to adverbial use before a verb.

Implies everything together, often in an undifferentiated or careless way: dumping, blurting, stuffing. Not used for orderly sequential action.
