usage

Stationery-shop vocabulary. Literally 'to pass through glue/film'. Northern Mandarin more often says 塑封 (sùfēng, 'plastic-seal'); 过胶 is widely understood and especially common in Cantonese-influenced Mandarin and Southern China.
