usage
游逛 implies relaxed, aimless wandering - closer to English 'mosey' or 'amble' than purposeful 'tour'. Compare: 旅游 (lǚyóu) is organized travel, 逛街 (guàngjiē) is window-shopping, 游逛 is the in-between of strolling for pleasure with no fixed plan.
