usage

Under China's 《民法典》, civil capacity has three tiers: 完全 (full — 18+, or 16+ with own income), 限制 (limited — 8-17, or partially mentally impaired adults), and 无 (none — under 8, or fully mentally incapable). Contracts signed by someone without capacity can be voided.
