Zhang Zilie's 正字通 (Zhengzitong, 'Correct Character Comprehensive') was a major late-Ming character dictionary that arranged characters by 214 radicals. It was a key source consulted by the editors of the more famous 康熙字典 (Kangxi Dictionary, 1716).
