官网 is an abbreviation of 官方网站 (guānfāng wǎngzhàn). Extremely common in casual online Chinese. The 官 prefix ('official') also appears in 官方 (official), 官博 (guānbó, official Weibo), 官宣 (guānxuān, to announce officially).
