From Liu Bang's (刘邦, founding Emperor Gaozu of Han) 《大风》, said to be composed in 195 BCE when he returned to his hometown after suppressing a rebellion: 大风飞扬故乡四方 — 'A great wind rises and the clouds fly high; my power reaches within the four seas, and I return to my home town; where shall I find brave men to guard the four quarters?' The shortest and fiercest imperial song in Chinese history.

All three lines of 《大风》 are usually quoted together. is the Chu-style exclamatory particle — Liu Bang was from Chu, and the song follows Chu-ci form.
