Southern rice-sheet snack. In Yunnan (Jianshui, Mengzi) it's grilled and stuffed with pork and pickles; in Guangxi it's served in sour broth (酸汤卷粉). Closely related to Guangdong 肠粉 but usually thicker and chewier.
