亍 never stands alone. It pairs with 彳 (a step with the left foot) only in the literary word 彳亍, meaning 'to walk slowly / pace to and fro'. Together the two halves spell out left-step, right-step.

亍chù
a right-foot step
An abstract figure of half a footstep, the mirror of 彳. A pure stroke symbol, not decomposable into smaller parts in 亍.
Filed under radical 二 (èr, #7) by convention. 二 is not a separate component in 亍, so no strokes are highlighted.
