Opened in 1930 on Zhushikou (珠市口), Fengzeyuan is one of Beijing's most famous 鲁菜 (Shandong-cuisine) restaurants and a 中华老字号. Its signature 葱烧海参 (scallion-braised sea cucumber) is considered a benchmark of classical Lu cuisine.
