Tips

history

It began in 1919 as an ironworks at Shijingshan in western Beijing. To clean up the capital's air it moved its iron and steel making to 曹妃甸 in Hebei, finishing in 2010. The old site became Shougang Park, 首钢园, whose Big Air ramp hosted ski and snowboard events at the 2022 Winter Olympics.
