usage
饭勺 is the flat, paddle-shaped scoop for serving rice — distinct from 汤勺 (deep ladle for soup) and 调羹/小勺 (table spoon). Most modern 饭勺 are non-stick plastic with little nubs so cooked rice doesn't cling.
