商家送错了菜,我申请了退单。
Shāngjiā sòng cuò le cài, wǒ shēnqǐng le tuìdān.
The restaurant sent the wrong food, so I requested to cancel the order.
下单后十分钟内可以直接退单。
Xiàdān hòu shí fēnzhōng nèi kěyǐ zhíjiē tuìdān.
You can cancel the order directly within ten minutes of placing it.

Tips

usage
Common on delivery apps (美团, 饿了么), e-commerce (淘宝, 京东), and with banks (刷卡退单 = chargeback). Pairs with 下单 (to place an order) and 退款 (to refund, strictly the money return).
