讃岐 (Sanuki) was an old province on the island of Shikoku, abolished in 1871 and reborn as Kagawa Prefecture (
香川県). The name survives in branding because Kagawa is the udon capital of Japan —
赞岐乌冬 (sanuki udon) is firm, square-cut wheat noodles eaten in chilled or hot dashi broth. Also a Fate/Grand Order Servant nickname for Kojirō (the 'Sanuki Assassin').
