三 senses, by era: (1) 'streetcar / tram,' an early-20th-century rendering still seen in Hong Kong English-Cantonese contexts, now mostly replaced by
电车 (diànchē); (2) in motorcycle subculture,
街车 specifically means a 'naked' standard-style street bike — the opposite of a
跑车 (pǎochē, 'sport bike') or
巡航车 (xúnháng chē, 'cruiser'); (3) loosely, any everyday 'car you see on the street' (less standard). In modern mainland usage, sense (2) is by far the most common.
