usage

肖像权 is one of the personal-rights (人格权) protected by the 《民法典》 (2021). Under Article 1018-1020, any use of another's likeness for commercial gain without permission is infringement — and unlike the old law, the new code also covers AI-generated / deepfake likenesses explicitly.
